1. Who sells, who can buy

Gunnies and gunnies.io are run by Pentagon Games. Purchases on this site are made with your Pentagon account.

You must be 18 or older to roll, open or buy anything on gunnies.io. Packs are random and paid by card, so the page asks before your first roll. Playing Gunnies itself is free.

2. Gunnies Roll packs

• Rolling a pack is free. The server rolls five Gunnies at the published odds; nobody can pick or change them.
• The odds for every trait, including GGGold and Platinum traits, are on the odds table. They are the same for every pack, free or paid.
• Verifying your email develops your first Polaroid free, once per person.
• Opening the rest of a pack is paid. You keep one Gunnie from an opened pack; the other four are gone.
• What you get is a digital picture with a Personal Use licence, not an NFT and not a financial product.

3. Paying

• You pay by card in Pentagon's secure window. Your card buys Pentagon Points; opening a pack or an upgrade spends Points.
• If a card bundle covers more than one pack, the rest stays on your Pentagon account as bonus rolls.
• The price is shown, with 18+, before you pay. You are never charged twice for the same pack or the same upgrade.

4. If a payment fails

• Card declined or the payment did not go through: nothing is charged, your pack stays sealed and nothing is lost. Try again, or use another card.
• Charged, but the pack did not open: open the page again in the same browser. Your pack is waiting and opens without a second charge. Points can take a few minutes to land.
• Still nothing after 10 minutes: contact us (section 9) with the pack number shown on the page. We deliver the pack or refund the charge.

5. Golden Rush

• Golden Rush is a limited event. A set number of golden traits are released at random times during its window; the banner shows how many and how many are found.
• Once a golden trait is released, every Polaroid that develops has the same chance of winning it, shown in the banner. Your free Polaroid is in the draw too, so no purchase is needed to enter. A paid pack develops four Polaroids and so has four chances.
• A golden trait nobody wins carries over to the next Polaroid. Release times are never published.

6. Tees and other merch

Tees are printed to order from your Gunnie. A request is not an order: we reply with the price, shipping and a payment link. Misprinted or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery are replaced. Merch runs for NFT holders are agreed separately, in writing (see merch runs).

7. Refunds

8. Your account and your data

Your email creates or signs in to a Pentagon account that holds your Gunnies. We only send news if you tick the box for it, and you can unsubscribe any time. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

9. Contact

Use the support form or message us on Discord, and quote your pack or certificate number.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date are at the top; changes never apply to a purchase you already made.
